2019 年引进 5 米大烤炉，满足大尺寸工件的固化烘干需求，技术不断创新。Introduced in 2019 to meet the curing needs of large workpieces, with continuous innovation.
2020 年增加四条箱式涂装线，涂装厂房面积达 4800 平方米。Four box-type coating lines added in 2020, with a coating plant area of 4,800 ㎡.
高精度激光下料，切口平滑、效率高，满足复杂轮廓加工需求。High-precision laser cutting with smooth edges and high efficiency for complex contours.
数控折弯成型与焊接制造，保证结构强度与尺寸精度。CNC bending and welding ensure structural strength and dimensional accuracy.
占地 6 千余平方，从事锌系磷化、钝化铝、氧化铝、电泳、丝印、激光雕刻、油漆喷涂、粉末喷涂综合一体的产业供给。Covering 6,000+ ㎡: zinc phosphating, aluminum passivation & oxidation, electrophoresis, silk screen, laser engraving, paint and powder spraying.
